1.Description of Promotion
Sign up for a PointsBet Canada account and use the promo code “WELCOME” to receive a $50 CAD Bonus Bet and One (1) No Sweat Token, where your first cash stake on an eligible parlay (minimum three (3) legs) will be returned in Bonus Bets (up to $1,000 CAD) if such parlay loses. Bonus Bet and No Sweat Token expire seven (7) days after sign up.
“No Sweat Token” provides you with the ability to have your stake returned to you in Bonus Bets if used on eligible cash parlay bets (minimum three (3) legs) where such bet does not win. Your "No Sweat Token" starts the day you sign up and will expire seven (7) days thereafter.  If you do not place an eligible parlay within the seven (7) day period, such No Sweat Token will expire.
“Bonus Bet” means a monetary bonus credited into an Account and is subject to the terms in Section 6 herein. For greater clarity, a cash bet excludes Bonus Bets.

2.Promotional Period
The Promotion is only available to new players who sign up between 12:00 PM ET on 03/26/2026 and 11:59 PM ET on 04/30/2026 and ends after your account has completed verification (“Promotional Period”). PointsBet Canada reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to discontinue the Promotion at any time.

3.Eligibility
The Promotion is available to all new players with an active and verified PointsBet Canada account (“Account”). Players must be 19 years of age or older and be physically present in the province of Ontario during the Promotional Period to qualify for the Promotion.
Individuals on any gambling self-exclusion list, province gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any PointsBet Canada subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. See PointsBet Canada’s Terms & Conditions for more information regarding eligibility for creating and using an Account.


4.Action Required
This Promotion is only available to new PointsBet Canada customers (e.g., you do not yet have a PointsBet Canada account) who establish an active and verified Account using the promo code “WELCOME” upon sign up (“Promo Code”).

5.Claiming Promotional Offer
After you establish an Account using the Promo Code, you will receive a $50 Bonus Bet and one No Sweat Token (up to CAD $1000). In order to use the No Sweat Token, you must build an eligible three leg parlay and select the token in the bet slip.
An eligible parlay requires the following: means a pre-match or in-play parlay that satisfies the following criteria (i) each leg must be a fixed odds market; (ii) must have a minimum stake of CAD $5.00 or more; (iii) must be placed with cash (wagers placed with Bonus Bets do not qualify); (iv) must have a minimum of three (3) legs (v) minimum odds requirements of -200; (vi) can only be placed on the Eligible Games defined in Section 11; and (vii) cannot constitute Excluded Wagers as defined in Section 9.

6.Bonus Bet Restrictions:
•Your $50 Bonus Bet will be in your Account after your Account is verified by signing up as a new PointsBet Canada customer.
•Your $50 Bonus Bet and No Sweat Token Bonus Bets expires seven (7) calendar days from issuance.
•Your $50 Bonus Bet will be split into 5 $10 Bonus Bets.
•Your Bonus Bet stake is not included in any winnings (e.g., if you place a CAD $10 Bonus Bet that wins CAD $15, you will only receive the CAD $15 in winnings instead of CAD $25 (the original Bonus Bet stake plus winnings).
•For a No Sweat Token bet, the maximum number of Bonus Bets is one (1) Bonus Bets with a value of CAD $1000.
•Bonus Bets provided as a No Sweat Token will be processed within 24 hours of bet settlement.
•Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for or withdrawn as cash at any time.
•Bonus Bets may only be used on a market with -200 minimum odds (e.g., -110, +200, etc.).
•Bonus Bets can only be redeemed online or in-app with a valid Account.
•Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
•Bonus Bets awarded pursuant to No Sweat Token can be split equally up to four times (e.g., a CAD $1000 Bonus Bet can be split into four CAD $250.00 Bonus Bets).
•Bonus Bets may be returned at PointsBet Canada’s sole and absolute discretion if the market becomes void.
•Bonus Bets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or transferred.
•Bets placed using Bonus Bets cannot be cashed out using the cash out feature.

7.Registration Procedures
To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must successfully create and establish an Account at https://on.pointsbet.ca/signup. By creating an Account, participants must agree to PointsBet Canada’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. No additional registration procedures are required to qualify for the Promotion.

8.Limitations on Participation
PointsBet Canada reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: (i) exclude wagers from any promotional offers without prior notification; (ii) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; or (iii) exclude or limit any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if it determines there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are not available to any employees in the wagering industry, and promotions are nontransferable.

9.Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Any bets that (i) do not meet the Qualifying Wager requirements (defined in Section 5) or (ii) that are placed after the expiration of the Promotional Period, will not be deemed Qualifying Wagers.
“Excluded Wagers” include: (i) bets placed with Bonus Bets, (ii) cashed out bets, (iii) voided bets, and (iv) bets using the PARLAY BOOSTER® feature (or any other Booster).


10.Order of Funds Used for Wagering
The default when placing a bet is to place it with cash. To wager using a Bonus Bet (rather than with cash), select “Bonus Bet” in the game.

11.Eligible Games
All Qualifying Wagers made during the Promotional Period are eligible for a No Sweat Token. Bets made in the casino do not apply.

12.Restrictions on Withdrawal
Bonus Bets are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in PointsBet Canada’s sole and absolute discretion. Bonus Bets may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus Bet funds may be withdrawn from your Account once the Bonus Bet has been wagered and the winnings have been added to your Account cash balance. Unless otherwise specified by PointsBet Canada, any unused Bonus Bets awarded in connection with this Promotion will be automatically removed from your Account after the applicable expiration date.

13.Cancellation
To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at customercare@pointsbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, PointsBet Canada shall inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account shall be returned.
