1. General Bonus Terms

Sign up for a PointsBet account and deposit $10 or more into your account after using the promo code “CASINO” to receive a one hundred and twenty five percent (125%) deposit match up to $500 on their first eligible deposit during the Promotional Period (as defined below) (the “Promotion”).
In order to receive the deposit match, the participant must make a cash deposit (“Deposit Amount”) of at least ten (10) dollars during the Promotional Period. For greater certainty, only the first deposit made by the player during the Promotional Period is eligible for the deposit match. Upon an eligible deposit being made, PointsBet will provide an amount of up to $500 into the player’s account (the “Match Amount”). Both the Deposit Amount and the Match Amount will be converted into a Casino Bonus which may be used solely within the PointsBet Casino. Any unused portion of the Match Amount will expire and be removed from your account fourteen (14) days after issuance. This Promotion carries a playthrough requirement of fifteen (15) times, meaning that the player must wager an amount equal to fifteen (15) times the Casino Bonus (the “Playthrough Requirement”). By accepting this bonus, you fully agree to the terms set out below regarding the use of Bonus Funds, Playthrough Requirements, Playthrough Contribution by game and Forfeiture or Cancelation processes related to the Casino Bonus. “Casino Bonus” means a monetary bonus credited into an Account which must be used in the PointsBet Casino and is subject to the Casino Bonus Restrictions set forth in Section 7. Game contribution percentages may impact this playthrough Requirement and by accepting this bonus you agree that playing certain games may increase the overall amount required to play to meet the total Playthrough requirement as set forth in Section 7. 2. Restrictions and Bonus Abuse

Bonus restrictions apply to all bonuses issued by PointsBet. Bets placed on opposing bets (such as black and red on the same bet) in order to meet playthrough are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings from that bonus. Bets that are considered bonus abuse, such as placing opposing bets, will result in the players account being excluded from all future bonuses and promotions.

2. Eligible Games

This Casino Bonus is available for use on: • Slots (100% contribution) • Blackjack (10% contribution) • Baccarat (10% contribution) • Other Table Games (20% contribution) • Video Poker (20% contribution) • All Live Casino Games (10% contribution)

4. Bonus Period

This bonus is valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the point of issue. The expiration date and number of days remaining on the bonus are visible and disclosed on the player under the “My Rewards” tab of the interface prior to using the Casino Bonus and after the bonus has been Accepted. This bonus will expire fourteen (14) days after issue at which point the bonus will no longer be available for use or be able to be accepted. PointsBet Canada reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion.

5. Eligibility

The Promotion and specifically the granting of a Casino Bonus is available to select PointsBet customers with an active and verified PointsBet Canada account (“Account”), such players to be selected by PointsBet in its sole and absolute discretion. Players must be 19 years of age or older and be physically present in the province of Ontario during the Promotional Period to qualify for the Promotion. Individuals on any involuntary province gambling exclusion list, province gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any PointsBet Canada subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. 6. Action Required to Participate

Customers will receive the Casino Bonus from PointsBet automatically in their Account. In order to utilize the Casino Bonus, customers must first Accept the Casino Bonus under the “My Rewards” tab of the interface menu.

7. Casino Bonus Restrictions and Wagering Requirements

Casino Bonuses are subject to the following restrictions and conditions: a) Casino Bonus amounts are not included in any winnings (e.g., if a $10 Casino Bonus bet wins $20, you will only receive the $10 in winnings instead of $20.) b) Casino Bonuses cannot be redeemed for or withdrawn as cash. c) Casino Bonuses will have a playthrough requirements of one (1) time. For example, if a player receives a $10 Casino Bonus, they must wager an amount equal to $10 in the PointsBet Casino to convert this amount into withdrawable cash. d) Contributions towards the Playthrough Requirement vary based on the game type being wagered on. For example, a $10 wager on Blackjack or Roulette will contribute only $1 towards your playthrough requirement. The same $10 wager on a Slot game will contribute $10 towards your playthrough requirement. I. Contribution percentages are as follows: i. Slots = 100% ii. Table Games / Video Poker = 20% iii. Blackjack, Live Casino, Baccarat = 10% e) Casino Bonuses expire 7 days after issuance. f) Casino Bonuses do not count towards qualifying bets for any other promotional offers. g) Only one (1) Casino Bonus will be delivered to a customer if they are entitled based on a Qualifying Bet. h) Casino Bonuses will not be returned if deemed void or if declined. i) Casino Bonus will not be provided if the Qualifying Bet is cashed out or otherwise voided prior to settling. j) The maximum amount of winnings from one individual bet placed with Casino Bonuses is $1,500.

8. Limitations on Participation

PointsBet Canada reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: (i) exclude wagers from any promotional offers without prior notification; (ii) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; or (iii) exclude or limit any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if it determines there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are not available to any employees in the wagering industry, and promotions are nontransferable.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

To qualify for this Promotion, only cash wagers will be counted as Qualifying Bets. If a Qualifying Bet has been made, the player will be informed of their Casino Bonus under the “My Rewards” tab of the interface menu. The player must accept the Casino Bonus, at which point the first funds utilized in the PointsBet Casino will be the Casino Bonus. If the Casino Bonus is not accepted or is abandoned, bets placed will utilize cash.

10. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Casino Bonuses are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in PointsBet Canada’s sole and absolute discretion. Casino Bonuses may only be used for wagering on your account.

11. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at customercare@pointsbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, PointsBet shall inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account shall be returned.
