1.Description of Promotion Sign up for a PointsBet account and make a cash deposit into your account after using the promo code “WELCOMEDM”, "SBDMMETA" or any other eligible codes to receive a one hundred percent (100%) deposit match up to two hundred and fifty dollars Canadian ($250 CAD) on your first eligible deposit during the Promotional Period (as defined below). The deposit match is in the form of Bonus Bets (as defined below) and may only be used in the PointsBet Sportsbook. The deposit match is only eligible on the first eligible deposit made after using the promo code. Bonus Bets are issued following a 4x wagering requirement on the deposited funds. For example, if the player deposits $250 and receives a $250 Bonus Bet pursuant to the match, the $250 Bonus Bets will be issued in increments once the wagering requirement of 4x has been met. Player must ensure the wager is made with minimum odds of -300 and the Deposit Match token is selected within the betslip.

Examples of wagering requirements below:
• If the player wagers $40, they will unlock $10 in Bonus Bets 
• If the player wagers $250, they will unlock $62.50 in Bonus Bets 
• If the player wagers $800, they will unlock $200 in Bonus Bets 
• If the player wagers $1,000, they will unlock $250 in Bonus Bets

Bonus Bets will become available for redemption in the Rewards Menu. Only cash bets made in the PointsBet Sportsbook will unlock Bonus Bets. Each qualifying wager must be placed on a market with odds of -300 or longer to count toward the wagering requirement. The Deposit Match token must be selected within the betslip.

“Bonus Bet” means a monetary bonus credited into an Account. For greater clarity, a cash bet excludes Bonus Bets.

2.Promotional Period The Promotion is only available to new players who sign up with the promocode above between 12:01 AM ET on 12/02/2025 and 11:59 PM ET on 7/31/2026 (“Promotional Period”). PointsBet Canada reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to discontinue the Promotion at any time.

3.Eligibility The Promotion is available to all new players with an active and verified PointsBet Canada account (“Account”). Players must be 19 years of age or older and be physically present in the province of Ontario during the Promotional Period to qualify for the Promotion.

Individuals on any gambling self-exclusion list, province gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any PointsBet Canada subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. 4.Action Required This Promotion is only available to new PointsBet Canada customers (e.g., you do not yet have a PointsBet Canada account) who establish an active and verified Account using the promo code “WELCOMEDM” upon sign up (“Promo Code”). You must place a deposit using the Promo Code to receive the deposit match and play through the wagering requirement set forth in Section 1 to redeem said Bonus Bets. The Deposit Match token must be selected in the token betslip.

5.Bonus Bet Restrictions: •Bonus Bet amount is not included in any winnings (e.g., if a $10 Bonus Bet wins $15, you will only receive the $15 in winnings instead of $25 (the original Bonus Bet stake plus winnings)). •Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for or withdrawn as cash at any time. •Bonus Bets may only be used on a market with -200 minimum odds (e.g., -110, +200, etc.). •Bonus Bets can only be redeemed online or in-app with a valid account. •Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers. •Bonus Bets can be split equally up to four times (e.g., a $100 Bonus Bet can be split into four $25 Bonus Bets). •Bonus Bets may be returned at PointsBet Canada’s discretion if the market becomes void. •Bonus Bets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or transferred. •Bonus Bets will expire seven (7) days after issuance. •Bonus Bets cannot be cashed out using the cash out feature. •Bonus Bets can only be used on sportsbook markets.

6.Registration Procedures To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must successfully create and establish an Account at https://on.pointsbet.ca/signup. By creating an Account, participants must agree to PointsBet Canada’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. No additional registration procedures are required to qualify for the Promotion.

7.Limitations on Participation PointsBet Canada reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: (i) exclude wagers from any promotional offers without prior notification; (ii) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; or (iii) exclude or limit any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if it determines there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are not available to any employees in the wagering industry, and promotions are nontransferable.

8.Wagering Requirements/Exclusions Only cash wagers made after the deposit using the Promo Code will unlock Bonus Bets, and each wager must be placed on a market with odds of -300 or longer. Any wagers used with Bonus Bets, cashed out bets, voided bets or bets using the profit booster feature (or any other booster) will not be eligible.

9.Order of Funds Used for Wagering The default when placing a bet is to place it with cash. To wager using a Bonus Bet (rather than with cash), select “Bonus Bet” in the game.

10.Eligible Games All cash wagers made during the Promotional Period in the PointsBet Sportsbook are eligible to unlock Bonus Bets. For greater certainty, wagers made in the PointsBet Casino will not be eligible for unlocking Bonus Bets.

11.Restrictions on Withdrawal Bonus Bets are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in PointsBet Canada’s sole and absolute discretion. Bonus Bets may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus Bet funds may be withdrawn from your Account once the Bonus Bet has been wagered and the winnings have been added to your Account cash balance. Unless otherwise specified by PointsBet Canada, any unused Bonus Bets awarded in connection with this Promotion will be automatically removed from your Account after the applicable expiration date.

12.Cancellation To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at customercare@pointsbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, PointsBet Canada shall inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account shall be returned.
