How it Works:
• If you have a Profit Boost Token available, it will appear in your Account and/or bet slip for eligible events, competitions, sports or markets.
• Add an eligible selection to your bet slip and ensure the Profit Boost Token is selected.
• Once selected, the Profit Boost Token will increase your potential winnings without increasing your stake.
• The bet slip will display your updated potential winnings and payout before you place your bet.
• Place your eligible cash wager with the Profit Boost Token selected.
• If your bet wins, your winnings will be settled based on the payout displayed in your bet slip at the time the bet was placed.
• Profit Boost Tokens may be subject to minimum odds requirements, maximum stake limits, eligible markets, eligible bet types and event-specific restrictions, which will be displayed in the bet slip.
• Profit Boost Tokens may only be used on eligible cash wagers and cannot be combined with Bonus Bets, Pay Back Tokens, Pull Em Tokens, Boosters, Beast Mode, or other selected promotions.

Profit Boost Token Promotion Terms and Conditions
Participation in this Promotion is governed by these Promotion Terms together with the PointsBet Canada Operations 1 Inc. ("PointsBet") General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and House Rules, all of which apply and are available on the PointsBet Apps and at on.pointsbet.ca. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency; in all other respects the General Terms and Conditions continue to apply. All definitions and eligibility provisions set out in PointsBet's General Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into these Promotion Terms.
- Description of Promotion
1.1 Eligible players may receive one or more Profit Boost Tokens, which increase the potential winnings available on eligible bets nominated by PointsBet. The updated potential winnings and resulting payout will be displayed in the bet slip before the bet is placed.
1.2 "Profit Boost Token" means a promotional token credited to an Account that increases the potential winnings available on an eligible bet, subject to these Promotion Terms.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 Each Profit Boost Token is subject to its own start and end date and time, as specified by PointsBet at the time the token is allocated to a player's Account ("Token Window"). Unless otherwise stated by PointsBet, a Profit Boost Token must be used within its applicable Token Window.
2.2 PointsBet reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to discontinue the Profit Boost Token feature on a prospective basis at any time. Where required by law or by any competent regulatory authority, PointsBet may suspend, modify or cancel the feature to the extent necessary to comply.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Profit Boost Tokens are only available to eligible players determined by PointsBet in its sole and absolute discretion who have an active and verified PointsBet Account.
3.2 To use a Profit Boost Token, a player must be nineteen (19) years of age or older and a verified account holder who is physically present in the province of Ontario at the time of bet placement.
3.3 All categories of Excluded Persons and Prohibited Members set out in the General Terms and Conditions are ineligible to participate. Individuals who have self-excluded, whether through a provincial self-exclusion program (e.g., BetGuard) or PointsBet's own self-exclusion program, are not eligible to receive or use Profit Boost Tokens.
4. Action Required
4.1 If you have a Profit Boost Token available, it will be displayed in your Account and/or the bet slip when viewing eligible events or markets.
4.2 To use a Profit Boost Token, you must place a cash wager that meets the applicable sport, competition, fixture, market, minimum odds, maximum stake and other eligibility requirements displayed in the bet slip.
4.3 Some Profit Boost Tokens may only apply to specific events or markets, as indicated in the bet slip. To use a Profit Boost Token, you must select it in the bet slip before placing the wager.
4.4 The bet must be placed with the Profit Boost Token selected during the applicable Token Window.
4.5 A Profit Boost Token must be manually selected in the bet slip before the wager is placed. If a wager is placed without the Profit Boost Token selected, the token cannot be applied to that wager after placement.
4.6 Each Profit Boost Token will display its eligible stake limit, minimum odds requirement and Token Window (start and end date/time) within the bet slip before the wager is placed.
5. Profit Boost Token Restrictions
5.1 A Profit Boost Token increases the potential winnings available on an eligible wager. The updated potential winnings and payout will be displayed in the bet slip before the wager is placed. The Profit Boost applies to your net winnings (that is, the potential payout less your stake) and does not increase your stake. For example, a 50% Profit Boost applied to a $10 bet that returns $20 total ($10 stake returned plus $10 in winnings) increases the $10 winnings by 50% to $15, for a total return of $25.
5.2 Each Profit Boost Token applies only up to the maximum eligible stake specified for that Profit Boost Token, as displayed in the bet slip. Any additional winnings generated by the Profit Boost Token may also be subject to a maximum amount specified for the applicable Profit Boost Token.
5.3 Profit Boost Tokens do not result in the crediting of Bonus Bets. Any increase in potential winnings is applied directly to the wager at the time it is placed.
5.4 Profit Boost Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with Bonus Bets, Pay Back Tokens, Pull Em Tokens, Boosters, Beast Mode, or other selected promotions, including any promotions specifically excluded by PointsBet.
5.5 Profit Boost Tokens are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, and are valid only for the Account to which they are allocated.
5.6 Profit Boost Tokens are single-use. Unused Profit Boost Tokens do not accumulate and will expire at the end of the applicable Token Window.
5.7 Expired or unused Profit Boost Tokens are forfeited and will not be refunded, replaced, reissued, or recredited, except in PointsBet’s sole and absolute discretion where it determines that a technical, system, or other error prevented their use.
6. Registration Procedures
6.1 No additional registration, opt-in or promotional code is required unless otherwise specified by PointsBet. Profit Boost Tokens are allocated to eligible players at PointsBet's sole and absolute discretion.
7. Limitations on Participation
7.1 PointsBet reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: (i) exclude wagers from eligibility without prior notification; (ii) modify, suspend or cancel the Profit Boost Token feature on a prospective basis; or (iii) exclude or limit any individual from receiving or using Profit Boost Tokens where PointsBet determines there has been abuse, irregular activity or a breach of these terms, the General Terms and Conditions or House Rules. For clarity, PointsBet’s rights under this clause are in addition to, and do not limit, its rights under clauses 2.2, 10.3, and 10.5.
8.Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
8.1 Excluded Wagers include: (i) wagers placed using Bonus Bets or promotional funds; (ii) cashed out wagers; (iii) voided wagers; and (iv) wagers placed using a Pay Back Token, Pull Em Token, Booster, Beast Mode, or any other Boost Features.
9.Order of Funds Used for Wagering
9.1 Profit Boost Tokens may only be applied to cash wagers. Bonus Bets and other promotional funds are not eligible unless otherwise specified.
10.Settlement
10.1 If an eligible wager wins, the settlement amount will be based on the payout displayed in the bet slip at the time the wager was placed.
10.2 If an eligible wager loses, the Profit Boost Token is treated as used.
10.3 If and only if a qualifying wager is fully refunded or all selections are void, the Profit Boost Token may be re-credited to the player's Account, provided the Token Window has not expired, unless PointsBet reasonably determines misuse or abuse.
10.4 If a multi-bet contains a void selection but otherwise stands, the wager will be recalculated in accordance with the House Rules and the Profit Boost Token will be treated as used.
10.5 PointsBet may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-credit a Profit Boost Token where an eligible event is cancelled or rescheduled, but is not obligated to do so.
11. Eligible Games
11.1 Profit Boost Tokens may only be used on sports, competitions, fixtures, markets and bet types nominated by PointsBet and displayed as eligible within the bet slip.
11.2 Casino wagers are not eligible.
12. Restrictions on Withdrawal
12.1 Winnings from wagers placed using a Profit Boost Token (including any boosted portion) will be credited to a player's cash balance as cash following settlement and are fully withdrawable, subject to the General Terms and Conditions.
12.2 Profit Boost Tokens themselves have no cash value and are not withdrawable.
13.Cancellation
13.1 To opt out of Profit Boost Tokens or cancel participation in this promotion, contact Customer Support by email at customercare@pointsbet.com with your cancellation request.
14.Dispute Resolution
14.1 Any dispute relating to a Profit Boost Token will be handled in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions contained in PointsBet's General Terms and Conditions.
